1. How to access to your order information

After the order is generated, our site system will automatically send you an email with your order information link and some other order details, you can access to your order informaiton page by click the link.
If you are a member on our site,you can login our site to get your order information as well as all your order history.

2. What’s in your order information page

Our site will keep upgrading all your order information from the time you place the order to the time you get the parcel. You can check whether your order information is correct.
(1) This page contains your order ID, item total amount, item description and image, your shipping address, contact information and your order status.
(2) How to use coupons.You can click Help Center for more detail information.
(3) About order status(you can get this at the bottom of the order information page):

  • * Payment not succeed, the page will shows

  • * Payment succeed, the page will shows

Tips:

1. If you can get your tracking number, but you cannot track it, don’t worry, it might due to the following reasons:

(1) your order is just shipped, the logistic company haven’t uploaded your shipping information in time
(2) your order is checking through the customs
(3) an error accurs to the tracking system temporarily.

2. You can track your parcel, but there is no more updates about the status for next several days, it might because the following two reasons:

(1) there is a large logistics at your local customs, it takes more time to check through
(2) the logistic company hasn’t upgrade the information promptly

Nomatter what situation you come across, you can take the initiative to send us an email, we will reply to you in 24 hours.

Shipping Notice:

1.Note:

When receiving and signing for the cargo, you must inspect the cargo carefully to make sure whether it is perfect or not; you should send letter to us instead of signing for if it has any breakage; we will help you to process! But if after receiving and signing for said again the product has any question, we are generally irresponsible!
(1) If you find the parcel broken, please open the parcel to check whether items are kept intactly. If not, please refuse to sign the parcel. When the parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm whetehr the damage is made during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new one of same model for exhcange or fully refund according to your request.
(2) If you want to return the parcel already signed by you, please email us to get the shipping address where your parcel can be returned to. We will not take the responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning to wrong shipping address without asking for our customer support's advice.

2.Total Delivery Time

(1) Packaging Time (one or two business days)
After your payment goes through,usually your order will be sent to the shipping company on the day of packing or no later than the next day.
When your original order is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to let you know, if you agree to make an exchange, the order will be sent to the shipping company on the day of packing or no later than the next day.

3.Processing Time (five working days)

Processing time refers to the time we receive your order to the time we start to package your order. we usually check orders, confirm the payment, collect the items purchased and ensure the correctness of address during weekdays. No orders will be proceed on weekends or on holidays.

4.Unsuccessful or Wrong Delivery

For those customers who do not receive parcels within the above total delivery time, please check with the local post office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out when login to your registered account on our website.
